We had hands down the BEST experience with Brian. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We were out of town during our purchase and he made all of our appointments for us, and made sure everything was taken care of to my picky standards. He was available at all times I had a question which was very important to me. I needed the reassurance that everything was going as planned and he was always able to give that to me. He was even able to get our house closed early since our move ended up being quicker than we anticipated! Also, he was able to put us in touch with other vendors & services, which made the move seamless. Basically, once I was in touch with Brian, he pointed me in the directions I needed to go in and alleviated all of my stress. His service after the sales was amazing as well. He wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied in every way, which we definitely were! I couldn't recommended a better agent! I was under a lot of stress with traveling for work and in stress in my personal life and under a time crunch to find a new home, and Brian took the stress out of the home finding and buying processes and even made it fun for me. He was very fun and pleasant to be with on trips to look at houses and he was very knowledgable about home construction and my area. He listened to what I wanted in a house. Brian handled everything during the buying process from setting me up with a loan officer (who came to me to get the documentation done), to being there for the inspection while I was out of town and handling the minor repairs. We absolutely love, love, love the house and the neighborhood and we were able to get a good price on the house and a good interest rate. For me the buying process turned out to be as easy as if I had gone to the store, picked out a house and paid for it at the register. In my situation I had to rely heavily on the realtor to handle the whole process and Brian took care of everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone ready to buy a home.

Very proactive plan to sell our home, he did not just sit back and wait on the internet to find a buyer.

He really listens to what you want in a house and neighborhood. Brian went out of his way to be able to show us houses because we both worked and it was hard to be able to get together but Brian was happy to help even if it was a early evening showing.
